Social Skills / Play SkillsFor children who struggle with play and/or social interaction, a group setting provides a supported environment to learn successful strategies, expand on skills, and build confidence in these complex interactions. Group focus may include:
Current Groups Include:![]() Based on the book by Daniel Wendler, this group will use classic and recent video game concepts to teach young people how to succeed socially. Weekly “Quests” challenge participants to practice and stretch their skills.

Expressive Arts GroupsExpressive Art groups are designed to give individuals an opportunity to explore their strengths, feelings and creativity. Groups will meet weekly and include relaxation techniques, expressive art activities, expressive writing, and time for socialization.

Support Groups
Groups are designed to provide support to people with shared difficulties and experiences. These may include those dealing with family members with mental health or developmental difficulties. Individuals who may benefit from these groups include:
- Parents of children with ASD
- Sibling of children with ASD and other mental health difficulties
