Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
At this time I am currently not in-network with any insurance providers, but many people I work with are able to get reimbursed for my services through their out-of-network benefits. I often suggest people check with their insurance providers to see how that may work.
I do work with Lyra which serves as a management company for many Employee Assistance Programs for different companies. Check with your benefits provider to see if they are involved with Lyra or have any other EAPs you may be entitled to, or if they have options for single-case agreements. These may be available depending on the individual organization.
What are your fees?
A typical 50-55 minute individual or family session is $145-155 depending on out of pocket or use of possible Employee Assistance programs. Some sliding scale rates are available for those in need. Groups vary based on the group and may be hourly or tuition-based. Contact Kelly for more information on group rates.
How do I get started?
If you are ready to start, send me a message and we can set up a time to speak by phone. This phone call allows us both to make sure that we are a good fit. It will give you a sense of my personality and give me a better idea of what you're looking for from therapy so I can make sure I will be able to provide you the best care possible. If I'm not the best fit I can provide referrals or support in finding someone to help.
